A Note From the Company President

Steve Weir is the founding member of American Integrity Restoration, LLC (AIR), a disaster restoration contracting company based in Glastonbury and Milford, CT. Steve started AIR in mid-2005 with an entrepreneurial dream of self-employment, providing for his family, and helping others in need when disasters occur. Steve recognized that there were no other companies performing these services in the area, and that the need was great for quality restoration contractors. Steve’s natural enthusiasm, dedication, and work ethic, proved contagious as he hired a team of employees that shared his vision of being the best in the business, based on honesty and integrity. Now 35 employees, a short (and very busy) 6 years later, AIR has become a major player in the Connecticut insurance restoration industry through referrals and word of mouth alone. The AIR team is proud of its reputation of quality service and looks forward to the next steps of expansion. Steve is responsible for business planning and large account sales. AIR has seen a miraculous annual sales growth of more than 50% each year since inception.

On January 25, 2012, Steve will be honored with the 2011 Business Person of the Year by the Glastonbury Chamber of Commerce. This honor is given to a chamber member who has demonstrated high standards of professionalism, innovation in business and an extraordinary commitment to the Glastonbury community.
